Odd:

I have a hard time (re-)working on beginnings (and middles, and endings, sometimes) because I know what's coming for characters and I don't want 'em to go through the hardships.

I'm the same with reading and watching, really.

Also I'm finally almost finished with Babylon 5, after about a year and a half. It's going to be hard to watch television again: I think I've seen the peak.

Creepy. The dog was totally just panting along to the violent Psycho strings. I'm not leaving him around the cutlery anymore.

Oh, life, can you please, please surprise me with a Jurassic Park / Jersey Shore crossover in which sane people are stalked by dumb raptor-esque creatures with stupid sunglasses, hair extensions, and fake tans?

It seems to me that application committees want to hear about adversity and overcoming it, potentially in new and exciting ways, but certainly because the applicant must participate in the subject or perish.

I found my motivation today: I was targeted by snipers.

I feel oftentimes as if my life is a neverending cycle of school applications and transfer requests and document retrieval and test scores and blah inanity blah.
